Responsibilities:

- Handling end to end recruitment and HR operations

- Handling the responsibility for recruiting in all profiles spanning sales, marketing, operations, collections and HR.

- Owning responsibility of hiring, on boarding , and retaining the candidates

- Handling the responsibility of conducting preliminary interviews and short listing for final round and ensuring suitable back ground verification of the candidates selected

Requirements:

- Graduate/Post Graduate from Tier 1 Institutes with 3 to 7 years Recruitment experience.

- Team leading experience of at least 1-2 years.

- Excellent presentation, oral communication skills and negotiation skills.
