Responsibilities:

- Setting and monitoring strategies that will foster profitable long-term relationships with clients

- Developing and implementing marketing techniques that will drive new customers and Identifying new opportunities and proactively addressing customer concerns.

- Increasing revenues by streamlining post-sales collection operations and achieving business goals by building a customer-oriented company.

- Designing and implementing highest standards of customer service and satisfaction and assisting with organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers.

- Coordinating with the Sales and Banking team to boost the company's market presence and customer engagement

Requirements:

- Graduate/Post Graduate from Tier-1 colleges with 2-7 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management particularly in the Real Estate sector.

- Excellent presentation, oral communication skills and negotiation skills.

- Good industry knowledge; a target-oriented individual with outstanding sales aptitude and business knowledge.

- Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices

- Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems
