Position Title : Senior Manager / Deputy General Manager - Spares Sales

Reports To : Vice President IBU

Nos of Reportee : 5 ( Five )

Academic Qualification : Engineer + MBA

Experience : 12 to 15 years - Spares Sales or OEM products.

Job Responsibilities - 

- Responsible for the spare sales volume achievement for the regions.

- Ensure range availability with Distributor & in each focus Talukas/districts

- Ensure Primary & secondary sale of Bajaj Genuine oil in each state

- Generate demand for Bajaj genuine parts through Demand generation activities in field.

- Guide distributors for increasing profits through faster working capital rotation.

- Ensure implementation of Digital initiative for data capturing & productivity improvement.

- Enhance activation & participation in loyalty Program to increase range sale.

- Ensure target achievement of Focus category parts, line items.
