Position : SR Manager / DGM - New Product Development Quality Assurance

Reports To : GM - New Product Development Quality Assurance

Qualification : Engineering Graduate/ MBA will be an added advantage / Quality systems certification

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables :

- Co-ordinate the Quality activities across Projects such as 7 QC Tools, FMEA, DVP, DFA/DFM,

- Conduct Risk Analysis and Design Reviews throughout the Product Development Phases.

- Build Quality Competencies within CDT by facilitating and delivering Quality Training programs.

- Formulate Quality Targets for New Products, timely Product evaluations to assess gaps and drive corrective actions.

- Generate Quality status to Senior Management by highlighting Quality Red alerts and propose contingency plans.

- Work closely with Product Planning & Program Management to capture customer latent needs and ensure Quality delivered as per timelines.

- Drive Teams towards implementation of various Product and Process improvements identified during build phases.

- Conceptualize and upgrade Quality systems in New Product Development Process while continuously benchmarking best practices in the industries.

- Plan and define roadmap for implementation of quality systems for the various projects.

- Imbibe quality culture in the CFT/CDT through regular interactions and quality workshops.

- Assess, Evaluate, Monitor and give feedback for continuous improvement of Quality Systems
