Senior Manager/Deputy General Manager - Investor Relations - Real Estate (5-10 yrs)

Job Role:
Part of the team that conceives and develops the strategy of the company along with the top management
- Manage existing Investor relations, develop & update Business plans and Monitor budgets & progress
- Review regularly project progress results through regular meetings, on-site inspection and monitoring of procedures and practices, Prepare and maintain financial variance analysis reports,
- Develop MIS Reports for Investment Partners covering Financial Aspects, Operational Aspects, Project Execution status etc
- Identify and carry out preliminary evaluation of potential properties for acquisition, both greenfield and brownfield projects
- Assist with financial modelling at both asset and portfolio levels
- Support the full cycle of investment transaction from origination, research, deal evaluation and structuring, financial modelling and conduct due diligence
- Support due diligence of new opportunities with a particular focus on on-going operations and asset management post investment
- Monitor market trends related to fundraising and investment activity and contribute to periodic market updates that are accessed by investment staff and clients.
- Formulate and execute Investment management strategies and plans for the portfolio, to optimise income and realise the highest value of the assets
Desired Profile: CA/MBA with 5+ years of experience in Investor Relations with Real Estate background
