Job Description
The role is responsible for developing solutions and strategies based on Employee segmentation for supporting business growth objectives. The role requires: -
EXPECTED END RESULTS
MAJOR ACTIVITIES
- Plan, develop and implement strategy for employee life cycle
- Responsible for end to end employee life cycle including Talent Recruitment, Employee Induction/on boarding, Performance management, Workforce Analysis, Talent Exit Management
Talent Acquisition & Management
- Building the Employer Brand
- Implement new age hiring methods of recruitment including Social Media
- Benchmarking and continuous improvement of the talent management strategy and talent identification & development process
Performance Management
- Create and implement various frameworks for identifying and developing the Hi-Pots. Engage and align the leadership team and various functional SME's for the successful delivery of these initiatives
- Building a culture of performance by improvising Incentives, variable pay & Total Rewards
Succession planning
- Succession Planning and Bench planning for critical roles
- Readiness of the successor
Employee Engagement
- Support in creating the ownership & accountability with the managers for the engagement scores of the teams
- Work on Key sustenance drivers & Strength areas of the organisation
Learning and development :
- The position will ensure the development and implementation of a comprehensive L&D strategy for the organization for Functional, Behavioral and Leadership interventions
HR Analytics :
- Implementing HR Performance Matrices across different process impacting business directly and indirectly.
- Responsible for enhancing stakeholder experience
Primary skills:
- Result Orientation, Analytical Skills and Commercial skills
Relevant Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in various facets of Talent Management including implementation of Performance management
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in People management, Learning & Development, and Talent Management
The Role would be required to make Key decisions on:
- Cost efficiency
- Talent pipeline
The Scope and scale of activities concerning the role includes:
- Budget & Expense Management across Personnel, L&D, Staff Welfare
- Manage workforce across India & Sri Lanka
