Senior Manager/Deputy General Manager - HR/L&D/Talent Management - Manufacturing/FMCG

- Help the organization succeed by training and developing its people

- Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs for the staff - including plant employees

- Designing learning courses, career plans, workshops and more

- Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors

- Help employees advance their skills and knowledge.

- Help create and execute learning strategies and programs

- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs

- Help design and deliver learning courses, workshops, and other training

- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities

- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing

Skills:

- Proven experience of at least 10-15 years as an HR L&D - preferably handled Plant HR

- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods

- Experience in project management and budgeting

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen

- Ability to build rapport with employees

- MBA from reputed institute
