Senior Manager/Deputy General Manager - Digital & Artificial Intelligence - HR Domain

Job Description:

- Study global best practices & innovations in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Digital Experience space and work with Industry experts / consultants to identify opportunities for :

- Improving employee and team productivity

- Adoption of AI in HR

- Pilot the above AI and collaboration platforms in identified segments in the group and create a roadmap for larger roll-out across the group.

- Build capabilities to adopt the digital platforms in the HR Organization through discussions, webinars, class-room training, etc.

- Identify opportunities for productivity enabling collaboration / communication platforms.
