Our Client is looking for a seasoned Compensation and Benefits professional for Gurgaon location. The identified resource is expected to implement and drive the reward practices and manage compensation operations in India.  Key Responsibilities:  - Understand compensation and benefits best practices and assist in maintaining a competitive compensation and benefits strategy.  - Detailed understanding of labor laws and statutory compliances and industry practices  - Lead Market benchmarking and analysis of market data  - Assist the HR leadership in the administration of appropriate policies, practices, and processes  - Creation and driving Benefits plan and wellness initiatives across the organization  - Manage comp ops with defined SLA's and targets  - Institutionalize, own and drive governance for Talent acquisition cost  - Liaison with partners and vendors for external market benchmarking  - Effectively manage client relationships to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism  - Continuous Improvement Plan: Leverage value adding opportunities from industry knowledge/best practice.  - One on ones and monthly / quarterly reviews  - Internal and external Audit Management with processes and controls  - Responsible for setting strategic direction for all Rewards disciplines.  - Career Pathing  - Succession Planning  Desired Skills:  - Planning, coordinating, integration, and control plans across multiple projects and deployments  - Highest level of ownership - to see programs/ initiatives till closure  - Detailed understanding of Statutory guidelines and laws and proposed changes  - Facilitate knowledge transfer  - Addressing dynamic and complex business requirements.  Profiles and Attributes:  - Overall experience of 15+ years  - Cross functional experience and understanding of IT/ BPM industry  - MBA HR would be an advantage
