Senior Manager/Deputy General Manager - Accounts & Finance - Construction Firm (6-8 yrs)

Accounting, Auditing, Budgeting & Taxation.
- Finalisation of accounts.
- Liasoning with Statutory & Internal auditor.
- In-charge of reviewing the monthly budget statements.
- Handling Project Accounting, reporting and analyzing the activity wise project cost, on a regular basis.
- Scheduling and successfully completing the Audit (Internal and External) function.
- Overseeing the various statutory compliance requirements. (GST, TDS payments / returns, tax payments / returns etc).
- Liasioning with the Direct Tax and Indirect Tax Consultants for Taxation matters ( TDS, Income Tax)
- Preparation of Projected Balance Sheet for Project Finance.
- Review & Consolidation of Accounts
- Finalisation of accounts
- Business Planning, Budgetary Management & Control, Project Finance, Fund Management maintenance
- MIS Reporting
- Cost accounting
- Merging of accounts for foreign projects
- Formation of branches in International Location
- Handling Statutory auditors
- Dealing with banks, hedging, LCs, Bank guarantees, project funding, etc.
- Assist Head Finance in debt rate restructuring, obtain project approval from R.B.I (Foreign Projects), Assist in arranging Funded & Non Funded limits,
- Taxation, communication with outside stakeholder for commercial & legal matters
