1. Identifies and executes Key Interventions in the Dealer Lifecycle Management from Onboarding, Managing Dealer engagement and Exception Dealer Management
2. Anchor the execution of the Dealer Digitization Agenda with internal stakeholders and drive usage of all dealer-facing Digital platforms
3. Identify New Automation/Digital platforms opportunities to enable Dealer Connect - Monitoring & Expansion of the pool of dealers using digital mediums to link with for placing Orders, Price List, Product Catalogue, Accessing Current Schemes etc.
4. Automation of Scheme Configuration & Communication - Creation of an SOP on Scheme configuration for all Divisions. Co-create a digital platform for Scheme Management and communication.
5. Collaborate with Sales teams and HO SPOC's to identify key areas of improvement for Dealer Experience and Benchmark Best practices in the industry for Dealer Management
6. Partnering with Dealers for Tertiary Management - Enabling dealers to create a tertiary sales linkage for Company
