Senior Manager - Public Policy - Data Security & Cyber Protection Team

Do you have deep expertise in data-related topics, including data protection, data privacy, data security, and data governance, or in relevant regulated industries that rely on these protections?

As Sr. Public Policy Manager, you will organize and lead the public policy team's work on data privacy and data security across India. You will also coordinate the Client's engagement in relevant trade associations and coalitions, and liaise directly with appropriate public authorities.

Safeguarding customer information is a core Client value. As Senior Public Policy Manager, responsible for Data Protection, you will work closely with the wider India public policy team, as well as with Legal, Privacy and Information Security teams across Client, to establish the public policy and advocacy agenda for the aforementioned areas; and coordinate with relevant business units to ensure thoughtful alignment with business priorities and goals.

The individual will monitor and report relevant legislative and regulatory activity, and develop appropriate positioning and engagement strategies.

As appropriate, the individual will work with others on the India Public Policy team to facilitate high-level meetings for executives and business leaders with key policymakers, association executives, and other relevant stakeholders.

The position is based in New Delhi, India, with travel as necessary.
