Senior Manager - Data Scientist - Global Technology Center (10-15 yrs)
We are looking for a Data Scientist in a Global Technology Center of one of the Leading Product company.
To fit the bill, you should have experience in:
- Grow talent depth and breadth in alignment with organizational needs.
- Should be adept with Agile methodology - CSM certification is a big plus!
- Leaders at this level will also start to demonstrate deeper expertise in data science and analytic methodologies and tools and drive best practices.
- This leader will leverage his/her technical depth and broader business understanding to coach and develop the individual contributors that report to them.
- 10+ years work experience.
- Experience leading an implementation driving global business benefits at a large scale
- Atleast 6 years experience leading Analytics projects - mainly in the big-data & cloud space
- Partnering with platform, data tech strategy, building data products to drive data-driven decisions
- Hands-on experience solving complex technical problems involving big-data on the cloud and/or on-premise
- Thorough understanding of all architectural components of data like - ingestion, storage, modeling, virtualization, cataloging, lineage, streaming.
