- Manage End to End operations for the portfolio
- Drive operation effectiveness through automation & innovation
- Drive commercials management, contract management & contract commitments - Financial management including forecast, reconciliation & manage related portfolio risks
- Should be an excellent communicator & shall be able to lead & motivate team
- Track & enhance fulfilment, review current unbilled headcount, prepare for reusability of released resources - Should challenge status quo & repeatable processes & practices
- Resolve conflict & handle issues at program level. Address escalation at program level & status reporting
- Responsible for delivery in terms of quality, timeliness & ensure effective knowledge management
- Provide strategic direction. Work with respective stakeholders to align delivery of services with the strategic needs of client. Manage program to ensure adherence wrt scope, budget & timeline
- Liaise with all support & operational functions within organization
