Responsibilities: - Planing, prioritizing, executing and monitoring different projects (data insights) and work streams. - Translating their use cases into business and technical requirements according to business and data standards. - Working to create data models according to the requirements shared by the stakeholder(internal/external), using various methods of data modelling, logical modelling, statistical model examples logistic regression, time-series, clustering, and decision trees. - Working with the Technology, Data Governance and Data Management (Operations) teams to develop Data Quality rules and maintain client/colleague engagement and growth. - Working with the Technology and Data Governance teams in the creation and maintenance of data taxonomies and conceptual data models for key referential and transaction master data systems. - Collaboratively working with various Technology and Data Management teams to create and maintain a suite of data quality rules, KPI and SLAs for all in-scope systems. Requirements: - MBA + B. tech from Premier Institutes (only Tier 1 or Tier 2 ) with 10 to 12 yrs of experience in Data Management, Governance and Analytics. - Expertise in managing large scale programs across, project management (diverse projects) across geographies. - A Thought leader with knowledge of latest project management practices and Industry trends. - Prior team management experience and someone who is also comfortable to work as a hands on with Exceptional communication & stakeholder management skills. - Experience decomposing system processes from a workflow perspective to drive performance enhancements. - Extensive experience with the data lifecycle-from identification to sourcing to ingestion to transformation to classifications to modelling to storage to analytics and visualization. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills leveraging both traditional (e.g. Office; Teams) tools as well as software lifecycle tools (e.g. Jira). - Experience writing SQL statements and working with different database structures (e.g. Hadoop Hive, Mongo DB, Oracle, Athena) and various Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Vistualization and Data Visualization tools.
