Senior Manager - Data Analytics - KPO/Research

The Data Science/ Analyst Leader sits at the intersection of data science, product, and business teams, steering a team that leverages data insights to maximize the impact of these teams by defining key metrics, reporting on KPIs, building a scalable data warehouse that acts as a single-source of truth, and improving the process through causal inference. 

You'll significantly influence our roadmap to deliver world-class service to our customers as efficiently as possible.

You will also be responsible for a mentor and build a data analytics team around you and ensure that data is at the forefront of decision-making at Zetwerk. The individual should also be hands-on and be able to spend 30% of their time doing analysis of our most important problems.

Requirements :

- 7+ Years of experience.

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and the utmost attention to detail

- Ability to break down a business problem into smaller parts and implement creative, data-driven solutions. Hand-on and willing to do 30% IC work.

- Strong SQL, R, Python skills

- Must have managed a team of analysts earlier.

- Experience with working on BI Tools. Experience with working on Metabase a big plus, however not essential.
