Senior Manager - Customer Success - Banking/NBFC/FinTech (4-8 yrs)
What you'll do:
- Support Recur's existing customer growth by reinforcing Recur's value proposition, streamline their data connections to increase automation, and increasing portfolio utilization through the introduction of multiple use-cases that can enable Recur customers to scale
- Educate potential customers about Recur's products and value proposition, while representing Recur's brand and building trust
- Strategically address customer concerns and issues driving them to resolution efficiently
- Become a domain expert, staying up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
- Adhere to the Recur sales process, collecting customer feedback and communicating relevant feedback to Recur's leadership team
- Report on key metrics and provide guidance on best practices to help drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with the Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering departments
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years in customer success teams in a Banking/Fintech/SAAS company
- Hands on experience of experience in managing teams across sales, success, support, and other cross-functional teams
- You love building and managing relationships with key stakeholders
- Solution selling - you understand that customers want the benefit and are able to break their needs into possible solutions
- Good at hearing - You are a good listener
