SENIOR CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER - Global AI based MR Firm
- We are looking for someone who is passionate about Customer Success, Consumer Trends and Insights, and who has had a minimum of 5+ years experience in a similar role. You'll start at senior account manager level, and head on up the ladder as the company grows.
- This role is perfect for you if you've 5+ or more years of experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably at a SaaS company, insights or market research company. It's important to us that you have experience managing accounts and/or delivering strategic insights/advice to your clients, so you can hit the ground running.
- We're keen on finding an individual who's well-organized, autonomous and naturally obsessed by your customer's success.
- You'll be accountable for a list of clients, from global FMCGs to leading regional brands, most likely active across multiple markets and product categories.
- You'll be responsible for your own strategy to delight them, keep them engaged and ensure they make the most of their company, while finding opportunities to up and cross-sell.
- You'll be a team of one, but will have the opportunity to grow your team as we grow. You won't be working alone, however! We have a great team to support you and help you achieve your goals. We're a driven group, but the working atmosphere is quite relaxed and friendly.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure high-quality customer experience to new and existing customers
2. Deliver consumer insights and trends recommendations
3. Build strategic relationships and become a trusted advisor with your customers
4. Improve platform and services adoption rate
5. Maximize renewal rates and recurring revenue
6. Effective and proactive problem-solving, internally and with our clients
7. Contribute to the improvement of the customer success team and company as a whole
