Senior Manager - Customer Service Operations - eCommerce - IIT/NIT/IIM/MDI (4-7 yrs)

Role/Designation: Operations Manager
Reporting to : Head Operations - India & China
Travelling : Not extensive but should be open for travelling locally & internationally.
Qualification Questions : Analytical understanding, Customer centric, Logical Reasoning skills, Self Driven, Sharp, eager to learn
Locations: Mumbai (Open for outstation candidates)
Experience: 4-7 Years Education: BE/MBA - Ideally from IIT's/NIT's (Else other Tier1/Tier2 institutes)
Preferred Industry: E-commerce (Startups in Ecommerce/Online portal customer experience)
- Deep understanding of scaled up operations. Exposure to ecommerce operations or freight forwarding is needed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Streamlining the operations process keeping in view the customer experience in view.
- Customer Service at the optimum level.
- Customer Satisfaction
- Setting up Organisation Structure, setting up team keep them engaged and motivated
- Self Driven, Analytically strong
- Good in logical reasoning.
Would be given additional projects/responsibilities in next 6-10 months (Expansion of role).
