Senior Manager - CLM
A large part of the circle revenue target is driven by the process owner. The position possesses the unique attribute of being versatile so as to constantly assess customer behavior, draw an insight on the same and design customized schemes and programs so as to cater to the market needs better.
Key Deliverables :
- You work as part of a highly consumer oriented team that works towards improving stickiness of customer and thereby continuously upgrading customers usage by maintaining equilibrium of Customer Rate and Market.
- Your business acumen combined with your analytical abilities will help to reduce the Overall Dormancy in of newly acquired consumers through various Stimulation & Engagement Programs
- You will work in close coordination with sales team for managing the segmented programs which will ensure right offer for right consumer.
Qualification & Key skills/ competencies :
Graduate / MBA with 5 years of experience in distribution
