Job Description

- Responsible to drive innovation on the platform via merchandising by close interaction with the category and the product teams

- Study customer navigation from a category perspective and unravel consumer insights

- Closely interact with the Product team and suggest product developments required to enhance experience by adding new capabilities

- Drive experiments basis targeting and engagement constructs to show customized content to customers

- Increase engagement metrics for customers on merchandising

- How discoverability of certain elements on the product page and store pages can be made more impactful backed by strong mobile consumer studies

- Driving content partnerships with publishing platforms eg 91mobiles to give us content custom made

- Carry out surveys to analyse and learn the online consumer navigation habits and preferences

- Stakeholders you will work with : Product Team, external agencies, Sellside and category marketing

Requirements

- Relevant work experience in on site customer experience

- Product management background preferred

- E commerce background

- Growth mindset, bias for action and comfort with ambiguity a must
