Our client is a Indian e-commerce payment system company headquartered in Bangalore.
The job roles and responsibilities are :
- Building & delivering quality management programs
- Managing day to day operation of the quality team
- Creating dashboards & reports to monitor the effectiveness of quality audit
- Developing quality management road maps & curriculums for all customer support teams
- Collaborating with leadership to build end-to-end customer support strategy
The Successful Candidate should have :
- At least 8-12 years of experience in customer experience/Quality improvement roles (e-commerce / software / product technology companies would be preferred)
- IIT/ IIM/ NIT/ Tier-1 Institutes would be a must
- Great stakeholder management skills & quality management skills
