Senior Manager - Customer Experience/Customer Success - Startup (7-14 yrs)

We are looking for Senior Manager - Customer experience & Success role with leading & growing startup organization.

Responsibilities :

1) Lead and drive our post sales effort with focus on sustainable customer success, nurturing customer relationship for rapidly growing business.

2) Lead Net Promoter Score and Benchmarking Program including end to end operations of sending surveys and driving analytics to provide actionable insights to the team.

3) Manage a large team of 250+ members (mentors/product specialist folks) to develop delivery plans that maximize the customer experience and achieve higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall health scores.

4) Drive process improvement initiatives to consistently drive focus on customer experience by working closely with all cross functional departments, identify opportunities to improve the service value chain by influencing and impacting change via business leaders.


1) Must have good exp in leading & handling large number FTEs.

2) Excellent comm. skills.

3) Good years of experience in Customer success, customer service & customer experience.
