Senior Manager - Customer Experience - CA/CS/LLB (6-10 yrs)
Sr. Manager : Customer Experience
a. CA / CS / Lawyer (6+ years) with rich experience in managing teams
b. Key requirements are strong, continuous hustle
c. Core responsibilities: Process setting, hiring, training/ guiding new professionals, building the business pipeline.
d. Product Management / Product roles in past experience is a plus but not essential
e. Need someone with a strong sales / customer success orientation
f. Ideal candidates:
(2) Associate Director / Partner level resources looking at moving from law/ CA firms to a more independent practice
(3) Extensive functional experience in the requirements of Small and Medium Businesses.
(4) Managed at least 10-15 member team of professionals (CA/ CS/ LLB).
