ABC Consultants has been retained to hire a Senior Manager CRM & Sales Strategy position, for a Renowned Real Estate Group in Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- CRM & Sales Strategy

- CRM expert

- Set up CRM division, make SOPs, policies, procedure, standardizing processes, streamlining the CRM, Quality check

- Driving focus on core activities of customer onboarding, registrations, collections, possessions, and compliant management to ensure response within TAT, reduced customer effort and most critically timely and effective resolution of customer tickets.

- Identified key learnings through continuous monitoring of business and process metrics to develop customer focused policies that improved overall customer experience, service, and retention.

Qualifications & Work Experience: Post Graduate with minimum 2 to 7 years' experience in Strategy

You would need to have:

- Highly motivated and self- directed; Focused on results and closures

- Exhibits thought leadership and strong critical thinking skills

- Excellent communication (written and oral)

- Good understanding of business

- Analysis and make recommendations to enable decision making and improvements
