Senior Manager - Credit Risk & Underwriting - SCF & FinTech (3-7 yrs)
- Designing and formulating credit risk and underwriting programs for supply chain finance using technology as a necessary enabler
- Building scorecard-based credit risk decision models and strategies, driven by cashflow based lending approach in the fintech domain.
- Creating risk and policy structure with decent experience in credit risk function, working on conjunction with senior leaders and partners Banks/ NBFC's
- Ensuring complete adherence of policy and processes and implementing in underwriting and decisioning of loans
- End to end review of the Credit & operation process and provide insights on overall process for delivering strict turnaround time.
- Strategize and partner in implementing technology to enable a digital journey in the Supply chain financing processe.g. underwriting, KYC, onboarding etc.
- Coordinating with external lenders for designing and reviewing credit facilities structure, design and delivery.
- Providing thought-leadership on improving customer acquisition strategies, developing statistical cash-flow based credit models, and communicate analytical and credit ideas.
- Work with technology and business team to build out new credit acquisition and risk management capabilities and refine existing one.
