Job Description :
- 5+ years of experience in SME credit with 3+ Years of experience in credit scoring, risk modelling and policies in Fintech Domain (lending, cards, payments, supply chain financing)
- Experience in setting up strong credit underwriting processes and scale them
- Designing and formulating credit risk and underwriting programs for supply chain finance using technology as a necessary enabler
- Building scorecard-based credit risk decision models and strategies, driven by cashflow based lending approach in the fintech domain
- Creating risk and policy structure with decent experience in credit risk function, working on conjunction with senior leaders and partners Banks/ NBFC's
- Ensuring complete adherence of policy and processes and implementing in underwriting and decisions of loans
