Role : Senior Manager - Credit Risk, Currently, we are working on a position of Credit Risk for a leading private sector bank.&nbsp; Job Title : Credit Risk Analyst Location: Kolkata Client : A leading private sector bank Credit Risk Assessment and Rating : i. Evaluation, analysis, advising structuring of credit proposals and risk recommendation to enable the sanctioning authority to take decision on proposed facilities including advising on risk mitigates in the proposed facilities. ii. Assignment of Credit Rating for the borrowers. iii. Preparation and validation of financial models, handling Consortium Accounts &amp; Syndication meetings and assessment of the credit facilities as a consortium leader. iv. Assessment of the manufacturing and technical capabilities by plant inspections. v. Assessment of various type of facilities including green field large sized projects. - Evaluation of credit proposals as member of Sanctioning Committee (pan India) - Member of Rating Committee (RC): Taking decisions on rating of the company as RC member in India and overseas. - Overall monitoring of the portfolio from early warning signals to periodic and event analysis to maintain asset quality and periodic reporting to the Senior Management. Key Deliverables of the Team : - Carry out industry analysis and formulate outlook for major exposure industries. - Formulate credit strategy for major exposure industries. - Review outlook, strategy on a quarterly basis. - Develop business risk parameters for each industry. - Develop detailed database of key parameters across companies in the industry (Indian, Global). - For key sectors, develop and regularly track forward looking indicators. - Analysis of aggregate corporate sector profitability. - Industry Presentations to various committees and business groups. We are looking for CA or MBA with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience.
