Senior Manager - Credit Rating - NBFC (2-10 yrs)
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Conducting Annual surveillance by Credit Rating Agencies
- Collating information from multi-stake holders - Ops/ EDW Team, Business teams, Accounts, HR, Analytics
- Analysis of above data, comparison with past data
- Explaining to all Credit Rating agencies, addressing their queries
- Organising meetings, bi-monthly monitoring and providing information
- Validating Rating Rationale and its Press release
- Credit Rating of Securitisation Pools
- Analysis and structuring of Direct Assignment transactions
- Trustee related information and co-ordination
- Participating in Public and Private placement of NCD issuance as well as other forms of Borrowings from Credit rating perspective
- Maintenance of data related to Rating Contracts, Rating fees and any other matter related to dealings with Credit Ratings Agencies
- Updating of MIS /track sheets relating to rating details. Updating of rating details in SAP on regular basis. Share these updates with internal stakeholders as per the requirements.
