- Framework Responsible for Risk Mitigation, Portfolio Performance, Disbursements and Due Diligence

Description :

- Preparation of Credit Proposal and developing Credit Underwriting Framework

- Leading end-to-end Credit Risk Management process from Acquisition, Underwriting and Authorization

- Responsible for Risk Mitigation, Portfolio Performance, Disbursements and Due Diligence

- Responsible for Stakeholder Management and in-depth Credit Analysis

- Presenting the Credit Proposal to the Credit Committee

- Monitoring Disbursements and Driving Portfolios

- Reporting into the Head of Inorganic Channel

Profile :

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Credit Risk and Credit Underwriting with NCBCS, MFI OR Banks

- Hands-on experience in Priority Sector Lending and Financial Inclusion

- Significant experience in handling MSME and Credit Lending

- Significant experience on the Asset Financing Side

- Someone who has handled portfolio exceeding 100 Crores

- Someone who has 100 Crores plus Credit Sanction Portfolio

- CA/MBA from a reputed University

- Well-developed interpersonal skills and experience in interacting with senior stakeholders

- Willing to relocate to Kolkata
