Senior Manager- Credit Finance
- Focused on the unbanked segment, our client acts as a wealth-tech platform that provides various financial products and solutions. They provide customized financial products & services, thus supporting financial progress and financial freedom for everyone. They work with network partners such as Banks, MFIs, NBFCs etc., corporate partners and also financial product partners.
- Headquartered in Chennai, our client was co-founded by two veteran entrepreneurs, one of whom is from IIM-Ahmedabad and both being highly experienced. They have raised a total of approx. more than $22M in funding over 4 rounds.
- As a Senior Manager- Credit Finance, you will be responsible for managing credit business initiatives of the company.
What you will do:
- Enhancing underwriting standards for selection of partners
- Conducting due-diligence & presenting credit opinion to credit committee
- Collating, organizing, analyzing, filtering & structuring loan pool data received from partners
- Managing deal flows both at originator & investor ends
- Collaborating with various teams to execute transactions
- Being responsible for managing the company investments
- Embodying company values and taking the lead in establishing a strong culture within the team
Desired Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- MBA from a reputed college
- In depth experience with due-diligence process for selection of entities
- Credit lending experience to MFIs & NBFCs (preferred)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on Excels
- Proven leadership ability
- Exceptional self-motivation
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
