Senior Manager - Corporate Strategy & Consulting - Consulting Firm - IIM/ISB (3-4 yrs)
We have an opportunity with one of the Consulting Organization in US for Bangalore location for the role of
Senior Manager, Consulting & Corporate Strategy-Client Facing role
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver strategic analysis and presentations on business, market and growth opportunities
- Undertake strategic projects to drive growth & valuation
- Support strategic planning processes for corporate initiatives
- Facilitate corporate development activities, including strategic partnerships, mergers, acquisitions & divestures
- Support business development for large deals across business case preparation, pricing, defining engagement model and contracting closure
- Develop business plans for new corporate ventures & incubate them
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: MBA from IIM A/B/C/L or ISB
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant post-MBA experience in management consulting or corporate strategy roles

- Excellent written and oral communication
- Attention to detail
- Analytical & data driven
- Out of the box thinking
