Senior Manager - Corporate Strategy (4-9 yrs)
Work as part of the Promoters Office focused on Business to support:
- Preparation of Annual Qualitative / Financial Budgets
Annual Operating Plan reviews
- Quarterly reviews
- Monthly reviews
- 5 year Strategic planning/roadmap
- Financial assessment of new opportunities
Key Responsibility:
1. Facilitate the monthly & quarterly reviews of business with the Promoter office
2. Ensure follow-up on any course corrections / actions to be completed based on inputs from monthly and quarterly reviews
3. Facilitate the 5 year roadmap/strategic planning exercise with BU Head
4. Independently assess new opportunities from qualitative and financial perspective (returns, investments etc)
5. Provide weekly updates to the Promoter / Head Promoter Office
6. Provide structuring and analytical support, deck creation for new / existing project opportunities
7. Review and validate all the approvals submitted by the businesses for onward approvals
8. Develop relationship / network with all stakeholders in the businesses
