Position : Senior Manager Corporate Fundraising &amp; Relationships Location : Mumbai Education : Graduation/ MBA Experience : 9 - 15 years of experience in managing key accounts &amp; partnerships Compensation : Commensurate with education and experience Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : 1. This Role is to manage the relationship of corporate donors and nurture and grow the accounts. Candidate will directly play the role of account manager of multiple large projects and create and nurture a lasting relationship. Play vital role in fund allocation and take major financial as well as programmatic decisions and reporting with respect to the grant. - Oversee the progress of implementation of the program as per the MoU agreed upon with the respective donors. Self-sustaining practices for Retention of existing donors and growing grant/donation sizes. Business Development by tying up with more employers under the project. Responsible for good CRM of Funders. Managing relationships with corporate employers. - Oversee the progress of implementation of the program as per the MoU agreed upon with the respective donors. Play the role of an effective spokesperson between the NGO and respective donor organizations. Custodian of data and analytics with reference to the progress and monitoring of program. Organizing kick off meeting with project stakeholders both internal and external. Ensure seamless communications and management of Corporate employers. - Ensure effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is in place. Effective management of program budgets and transparent reporting back to the Funders. To coordinate donor engagement activities. To organize project reviews at regular intervals and monitor progress. Timely submission of donor reports (financial and programmatic). 2. Candidate must have 9-15 years of experience in Fundraising from Corporate donors. Experience in Financial Recovery and follow up. Experience in Project Management. Experience in managing key account / partnerships or business development. Experience in overseeing donors and programs Ability to drive complex projects in a timely manner. - Ability to work on target bound assignments. Ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously. Ability to travel across target markets. Entrepreneurial, with high-energy levels and the passion to succeed. Have strong networking skills and relationship orientation. - Have strong verbal and written communication skills. Have impeccable integrity and high personal ethics. Good command over MS PowerPoint and MS Excel. Experience in Program Management would be ideal. Good presentation skills with ability to present visually appealing data analytics and infographics. - Ability to use various online softwares like Canava, tableau, sketch up would be preferred. Experience in Program Management would be ideal. 3. Candidate should have nuanced understanding of social programming and an inclination to learn the specific components of the programme design on the job for reporting and tracking purposes. - The role requires a person with an aptitude to learn the infusion of technology in skilling programme and the essence of life skills training. Diligent and thorough in managing partnerships with Funders and Service providers. Dynamic, pragmatic and has a problem solving approach. - Ability to accommodate a diverse range of external stakeholders and believes in working in collaboration with internal cross functional teams. Flexible mind set, strategic thought process, data driven analysis, critical sense of observation, objective outlook, and evidence based reporting will be traits which are pre-requisites to perform well in this role. - Team player with a keen sense of responsibility towards the Organisation; offers willingness to deliver at short notice and odd hours and stretches oneself during crisis situation. Calm and composed nature, patience, adaptable attitude and friendly approach towards everyone. - A flair for interacting with new individuals on a daily basis and the knack of converting it into gainful engagement for the company.
