Senior Manager - Corporate Finance - Steel (4-10 yrs)
Urgent hiring for the role of Corporate Finance Manager for one of the largest Steel Company based in Mumbai.
Details are as follows:
Educational qualifications - Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, MBA in Finance
Relevant experience - Minimum 5 years of service -
Location - Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities -
1. Work on financial model for various projects and subsidiaries and work on scenarios for various financing options
2. Analyse Business case of Group companies (need based) and suggest ways to address the problem
3. Work with the lawyers to finalize the loan documents for the financings arranged from the banks
4. Monitor covenants of loans and its subsidiaries and associates to prevent default of covenants.
5. Monitor and assess debt position and WACC of the companies
