Job Title : Sr. Manager - Corporate Finance

Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Manager - Corporate Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in corporate finance, fundraising, and banking, with a specific focus on the renewable energy sector. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in securing funds and managing financial resources for our renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Fundraising: Lead the fundraising efforts for our renewable energy projects, including debt and equity financing, project finance, and strategic partnerships.

- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize capital structure, reduce financing costs, and maximize returns on investment.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, banks, investors, and other stakeholders in the renewable energy sector.

- Financial Modeling: Create and maintain financial models to assess project feasibility, cash flow projections, and financial performance.

- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the financial health of our projects.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, financial covenants, and reporting standards.

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and financial innovations in the renewable energy sector.

Qualifications:

- CA/MBA/CFA or equivalent qualification.

- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, fund raising, and banking, with a strong focus on the renewable energy sector.

- Proven track record of successfully raising funds for renewable energy projects.

- In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, project finance, and risk assessment.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead and motivate a team.

- Familiarity with renewable energy policies and regulations in India is a plus.
