Senior Manager - Corporate Finance - NBFC

- Developing and maintaining relationships with potential targets at every stage starting from client on-boarding to deal closing 

- Cash flow modelling 

- Creating investment proposals, along with supporting analysis and findings 

- Supporting and facilitating negotiations of transaction terms and legal documentation

 - Working directly with client senior management teams, board members and stakeholders throughout all phases of transaction advisory and execution

 - Coordinating with internal stakeholders for regulatory reporting, internal audit, software / portal implementation and other operational aspects 

- Skilled in preparing and reviewing presentation information for internal / external parties, and interfacing with loan officers, borrowers, brokers, appraisers, investors and capital partners 

- Draft pitch books, appraisal memos and presentations for senior management and other key stakeholders as part of transactions and strategic reviews

 - Hands-on experience in assessing the viability of credit lending proposals from credit as well as risk perspective based on institutionalised processes and dynamic market information / economic trends 

- Managing an equity-based lending portfolio of $300+million
