Sr Manager Corporate Finance

This requirement is for an Environment Management Organization backed by a large PE Fund, Gurgaon based candidates Preferred

Corporate Finance Professional :

What we are looking for a Corporate Finance professional who would be part of Corporate Finance function . This is a key role in the Organization & the role reports to the CFO

Job Role :

- Should have past experience of raising Term Loans and Working Capital Loans from Domestics Banks (PSU Banks & Pvt Sector Banks), and other Financial Institutions

- Responsible for coordination and follow up with Banks for Introductory meetings / calls, follow up meetings and updates

- Lender relationship management with global DFIs, Domestic Banks & NBFCs

- Must have a working relationship with credit rating agencies, trusteeships and legal counsels

- Prepare Financial modelling, cash flow planning for various projects for which debt need to be raised

- Responsible for Pre-Disbursement and Post-Disbursement compliances (charge creation with ROC, providing book debt hypothecation statement, CA certificate for end use etc.)

- Managing investment of Surplus Fund in various market instruments

- Timely preparation and submission of Stock and Debtors statement for Drawing Power calculation on monthly basis.

- Should have solely managed Preparation and filing of CMA data to Banks including

- Preparation of weekly debt tracker to keep track on progress with Banks

Skills Required :

- Qualified MBA / Chartered Accountant 8 plus years of experience of fund raising from various Domestic & International Financial Institution

- Candidate should have worked in past in Bank's Large Corporate Project Financing Department or any Investment Banking Firm

- Working experience of dealing in Term Loans, NCDs, Securitization, Maze Financing, Bridge Loans, Bonds etc.

- Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
