This role is a Senior Manager - Corporate finance function in a well established commercial real estate Company
The roles and Responsibilities include the following :
- Business investment analysis - having experience in analyzing investing in businesses keeping in mind the macro and micro environment and stress-testing the returns thereof via sensitivity and scenario analysis.
- New deal diligence activities - business and financial diligence, along with market analysis and creating investment memoranda.
- Stakeholder interactions - to front-end equity and fund-raising activities including interaction with lenders
Desired Skills :
- Strong financial modelling, analytic skills and presentation preparation abilities.
- Thorough exposure in deal analysis and due diligence s for onward submission to banks & financial institutions for sanction & funding.
Ideal Candidate :
- CA / CFA
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance/ Investment Banking/ Private Equity or related industries
- Excellent communication, presentation and networking skills.
- Current or Prior audit experience from Big four firms is highly preferable
