Senior Manager, Corporate Finance

JD:

a. ~10-13 years experience, preferably investment banking experience with CA or MBA Finance

b. The role will be a part of the team for Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, Corporate Planning, M&A

c. Experience with capital raise processes ; including preparing issue documents, due diligence, and corporate governance amongst others.

d. Support growth initiatives via acquisitions, by providing support in negotiations, financial analysis, and due diligence activities leading to successful deal closure.

e. Support executive leadership and stakeholders within the business in developing business plans / strategies, inclusive of long-term goals and objectives, key risk management, and driving business and project initiatives

f. Develop competitive analysis and maintain analytical frameworks to evaluate and support decision making with respect to new business opportunities

g. Develop financial content for executive-level presentations, including Board of Director meetings

h. Developing compelling copy and layouts for investor presentations based on the nature of the target audience.

i. Able to evaluate and review transaction documents (Term sheet, SPA, SHA, other agreements) and work closely with transaction advisors

j. Responsible for working with senior executives, cross-functional for various entities within the group

k. Strong knowledge of equity and debt capital markets, corporate finance and financial planning and analysis, financial model, business plans, valuation

l. Possess the ability to anchor relationships with external stakeholders including banks, financial institutions, rating agencies, insurance agencies and regulatory authorities;

m. Ability to manage numerous time-sensitive matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

n. Ability to personally create impactful presentations in PowerPoint and good knowledge of Microsoft office

o. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

p. Excellent organizational and project management skills

q. Expert in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
