Senior Manager - Corporate Credit Research - Mumbai (8+ Years)

Seeking for a credit research professional who can closely with Portfolio Managers and Senior Research Professional. The incumbent will be providing fundamental research support to buy-side clients. Someone who has strong understanding of financial concepts and responsible for managing multiple clients and help craft client solutions, will be a right fit for this role!

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Support global asset managers in their investment decisions regarding US and European loans and bonds by conducting thorough credit research.

2. Develop and maintain various deliverables, including financial models, screeners, and research notes for the companies and industries being analyzed.

3. Perform detailed analysis of capital structures and covenants to provide insights into credit risks.

4. Summarize earnings, evaluate credit outlooks, and provide comprehensive assessments of investment opportunities for covered companies.

5. Effectively communicate research findings and ideas to clients, ensuring clarity and understanding.

6. Manage multiple clients and stakeholders while handling multiple assignments with strict deadlines.

7. Lead a team of analysts in conducting thorough credit research, contributing to the growth and expansion of the research practice.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 8+ years of work experience in Credit Research

2. Exposure to US/European capital markets

3. Deep understanding of capital/corporate structure and various debt documents such as credit agreements and bond indentures

4. Experience in writing reports

5. Strong excel modelling and analytical skills with attention to detail

6. Ability to independently execute assignments under tight deadlines

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
