Job Purpose :
- To enhance and protect the company reputation and brand image; develop and implement impactful 360-degree Communications plans; and effectively engage all stakeholder communities (external and internal) to drive brand salience.
Principal Accountabilities :External Communications :- Identify annual communications objectives, strategic priorities/direction and a unified narrative for the company(including core communications messages) to ensure thought leadership, relatability and strong brand value association among all stakeholders (customers, employees, investors, partners, suppliers and media)
- Defining and delivering the role comms plays for brands; communicate the objectives, vision and personality for each of the Company's brands
- Create, implement and review the quarterly PR plan, which will help deliver annual
Communications objectives :
- Define messaging for CSR, Sustainability and other priority company initiatives
- Identify thought leadership and story opportunities; convert these, vision for the future, into impactful content that is consistent with the Company's business priorities
- Ensure optimised visibility in top-tiered media (PESO) to drive reputational attributes such as corporate purpose, quality, financial robustness, innovation, thought leadership, employer practices and social/environmental responsibility
- Support spokespersons on all media interactions (content, messaging, editing)
- Build and grow stakeholder relationships - real estate beat media, fraternity, key opinion leaders, influencers, etc.
- Support brand presence and visibility at key industry events and fora
- Crisis and issues management
- Support in building content to drive engagement and followership across social media platforms
- Create and implement social media usage policy for employees
- Manage 'Corporate' pages on company website.
- Review and edit all press releases, FAQs, pitching documents, briefing documents, authored articles, spokesperson Q & A, blogs, customer newsletters, case studies, etc.
- Create, grow and measure impact of owned 'trends and thought leadership' platform(s) (for example, leadership podcast/proptech blog)
Internal Communications :- Develop and implement cross-functional internal communications calendar, encompassing strategic messaging and multi-channel content to proliferate leadership vision and the 'big picture'; measure employee engagement and impact of internal communications program
- Plan, edit and write content for internal newsletters, emailers, etc.
- Provide Communications support on internal events, offisites, etc.
- SPOC for company Communications
- Ensure relevant presence and messaging across platforms and publications.
CSR & Sustainability (Communications support) :- Develop and implement campaigns to promote the Company's CSR/Sustainability initiatives/partnerships across channels; to both internal and external stakeholders
Qualification : Post-graduate degree in Mass Media/Communication or MBA
Experience : At least 8 -10 years in PR/Corporate Communications
