SENIOR MANAGER CORPORATE COMMUNICATION

Roles and Responsibilities:

Looking for a great communicator to join the Corporate Communications team to support us and to deliver strong external and internal corporate communications for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support in Developing and implementing internal and external communication strategies for the organization to ensure that unified, consistent, and positive messages define and promote the corporate identity and mission.

2. Develop and implement policies and procedures for communication processes that represents the corporate identity and promotes and supports the organizations brand.

3. Has hands on knowledge on new branding, innovation, market development, website and lead generation campaign programs currently being initiated.

4. Knowledge of handling Social Media channels and apps

5. Manage PR programmes and develop press releases and story ideas, create highly engaging copy and material to support all press programs.

6. Build insightful and exciting internal communication content. Plan and own the design, content, and production, distribution of all internal communications.

7. Oversees the workflow and work assignments of the communications team to ensure effective collaboration among team members and consistent, quality work. Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner.

8. Drafts proposals for special communications projects; presents on and promotes these projects to Head Corporate Communications.

9. Seeks new methods and creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness of key events and changes in the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1) Experienced in Coordination with Sr. Management.

2) Prior program management skills with exposure to crafting internal communications, employee engagement content and organizational change strategies.

3) Has a good understanding of communication practices and techniques. Experience in streamlining processes.

4) Excellent and flexible writing skills. Ability to translate business priorities and messages to internal and external stakeholders in an inspiring and engaging manner.

5) Excellent business understanding and grasp of company strategy, priorities and messaging.

6) Experience in working with communication and collaboration platforms such as MS Teams, SharePoint.

7) Good Knowledge of advanced Excel and Power point required.

8) Ability to use tact and professionalism including in times of extreme stress with problem solving approach.

9) Ability to think creatively and create, implement, and apply a budget.

10) Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism or English required; Masters degree in management.

11) Should have at least 10 -14 years of experience in communications field required.
