We are currently hiring Senior Manager - Corporate Communications for a Leading Financial House.
Job Responsibilities / Description
- Should think beyond PR and look for opportunities that build, enhance brand's corporate image to External & Internal stakeholders
- Online and offline Reputation Management
- The role responsibilities include creating and managing external and internal communications across content, relationships, Campaigns, Corporate Visual Identity events, third party affiliations and messaging to support brand image and reputation through print, digital and other channels
- Should understand nuances of Communications & PR and align corporate and business objectives with appropriate PR strategies. Manage PR Agency - clarity in deliverables, monitoring and tracking performance, provide clear and consistent guidance and control output
- Should have a clear and strategic approach to PR - plan, track, monitor, meet stated objectives both short and long term. Manage relationships and help to build relationships for different SBU heads with media
- Should have clear experience in leveraging social media opportunities for Online PR- setting up and evangelizing - Twitter handles-presence, managing conversations, running Org level Linkedin pages etc
- Ability to write articles and creative content :conceptualize, craft, edit content across economic, business, general topics
- Manage risk related communication, understand crisis management and have proven ability to leverage both personal and corporate relationships to mitigate crisis driven /inappropriate publicity
- Oversee Internal Communications across: Leadership, HR, Organisation wide
- Understand and Implement brand guidelines and content standardization across internal, external, marketing & sales led communication
- Able to craft & implement
Country-wide campaigns: Devise and implement communications campaigns through written communication across all internal stakeholders. Updating profile and content on company's website, appropriate newsletters and liaises with company divisions to develop appropriate content
Event management: Oversight and management of key internal and external corporate events.
The position would be reporting to Group Head - Corporate Communication.
