Senior Manager - Corporate Communication - Automotive Components Manufacturing

Hiring for Senior Manager Corporate Communication for Leading Automotive Components Manufacturing in Delhi/NCR. Must have strong experience in Content management, media relations, internal communications, external communications.

Experience - 11 Years - 15 Years. Qualification - Bachelor's/PG degree in Communications, Journalism or English.

1. Support in Developing and implementing internal and external communication strategies for the organisation to ensure that unified, consistent, and positive messages define and promote the corporate identity and mission.

2. Develop and implement policies and procedures for communication processes that represents the corporate identity and promotes and supports the organisation's brand.

3. Has hands on knowledge on new branding, innovation, market development, website and lead generation campaign programs currently being initiated.

4. Knowledge of handling Social Media channels and apps

5. Manager PR programmes and develop press releases and story ideas, create highly engaging copy and material to support all press programs.

6. Build insightful and exciting internal communication content. Plan and own the design, content, and production, distribution of all internal communications.

7. Oversees the workflow and work assignments of the communications team to ensure effective collaboration among team members and consistent, quality work. Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner.

8. Drafts proposals for special communications projects; presents on and promotes these projects to Head Corporate Communications.

9. Seeks new methods and creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness of key events and changes in the organisation.
