Senior Manager - Corporate Affairs/Government affairs - Real Estate

Job Profile:

1. Obtaining Government approvals for projects across PAN INDIA.

2. Obtaining PAN India Project Pre-Con permits, conducting technical scrutiny & provide gaps to Corporate Relations liaison team to drive requisite closure

3. Abstraction of all key conditions / requirements / CP's for Post-Con permits application and driving improved cycle time

4. Coordination, Tracking and Periodic Governance (Project Leaders and Leadership team)

5. Report out to leadership including highlighting key risks with the integrated macro level dashboard across PAN India projects

6. Liaisoning and Governance role.

7. Familiarity with Central & State Acts relating to Real estate Development is required.

Desired Profile :

Technically qualified resource i.e. B E/ B Tech in Architecture/ Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience from real estate industry with exposure to Corporate relations / Construction permits is desired.

- Familiarity with Central & State Acts relating to Real estate Development shall be an added advantage Candidates from Real estate, Large developers or from IPC s can apply.
