Senior Manager - Contract Management - Telecom - LLB

- More than 12 years of experience

- Degree in Law will be preferred

- Must be working with a Telecom based organisation

- Will be a subject matter expert for all strategic Service business contracts.

- Govern and execute contract changes

- Contract Negotiation and end to end contract management.

- Draft, review, redline, high complexity Business / Customer contracts

- Experience of negotiating customer contracts in international market - specifically UK market.

- Structure, prepare, negotiate and finalize commercial proposals.

- Support in developing standard operating procedures and policies to be followed within Projects related to Contract management.

- FIDIC/IACCM certification will be preferred
