Senior Manager - Contract Management - IT/ITeS - LLB (9-14 yrs)
- Experience as a In-house corporate counsel in Software/IT/ITES industry.
- Must have end to end IT contract management experience.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating NDA, MSA, Software/SaaS Agreements SOW, partnership agreement, EULA, DPAs/SCCs/DUAs, SOWs, product agreements etc.
- Mandatory Experience in Data Protection and Privacy related agreements / contracts.
- Review and governing compliance to the requirement of agreements including Data Protection and Privacy compliances
- Exposure to US, Europe legal requirement
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral both
Education : Law Graduate
