(Contractual Role-6 Months) Senior Manager - Continuous Improvement - Pharma

Leading Pharma company is looking for a senior manager in continuous improvement

- Investigate, analyze and implement process improvement programs, drive year-over-year continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost parameters.

- Partner with functional teams on special projects to identify new opportunities/ideas,

- Work with external consultants, monitor project progress

- Conduct systematic data analytics and bring an - outside-in- perspective on various performance measures

Relevant experience & Skills -

- Overall 4-6 years of relevant work experience with process excellence frameworks (Lean 6 sigma green belt, black belt, business process re-engineering)

- Understanding of Pharmaceutical industry would be considered as an advantage

- Strong analytical skills

Educational qualifications :

- Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent from top B-schools

Please note this is a contract role for 6 months extendable to permanent employment.
