Job Responsibility- - Drive Transformation and Value for customers by helping in identifying and driving continuous improvement projects in Operations. - Lead Lean and Six Sigma Projects and coach the Operational team members on LSS Projects.&nbsp; - Project management to ensure successful implementation of improvements&nbsp; - Drive and implement Performance Metrics and Risk Management on processes&nbsp; - Partner with operations teams to implement Visual Management on the floor&nbsp; - Assess & Run diagnostics on processes, recommend digital and RPA opportunities and&nbsp;partner with IT team for successful implementation and value realization&nbsp; - Conduct &amp; Train Operations teams on Lean &amp; Six Sigma methodology.&nbsp; - Travel to customer locations for short term process reengineering, transition &amp; consulting projects.&nbsp; Qualifications/Requirements : - Bachelor/ Masters degree from an accredited university&nbsp; - Total 8-10 years of experience; minimum of 3 years of experience in Continuous&nbsp;Improvement or Lean Six Sigma&nbsp; - Demonstrated Lean Six Sigma methodology application &amp; experience&nbsp;LSS Black Belt Certified/ in Black Belt role&nbsp; - Experience in leading conversations with senior management and client stakeholders&nbsp; - Strong Communication, Facilitation and Presentation skills&nbsp; - Self-starter, ability to learn and upskill&nbsp; - Ability to build strong relationship and trust with operational team and client stakeholders&nbsp; - Experience in leading/active participation in process transitions and stabilization&nbsp; - Experience in Supply Chain and Source to Pay processes&nbsp;
